Common questions from new brand founders.
What’s a realistic MOQ for a first production run?
Most of our skincare, bath and body, and haircare lines start at 500 units per SKU. Animal care also starts at 500 units. We’d rather have you launch a tight range you can grow than overcommit on units that sit on a shelf.
How long from first conversation to product on hand?
Typically 4 to 6 months for a custom-formulated range, from approved brief through to finished stock on hand. Complex actives, specialised packaging or additional testing can extend that. Full process here.
Can we start from an existing or off-the-shelf formula?
No. Every product we make is formulated from scratch to your brief. That means a longer development runway than relabelling a stock formula, but the formula is developed specifically for you and remains your intellectual property. It is not a shared base sold to competing brands. If a defensible, distinct product matters to your positioning, that is the trade we think is worth making.
