Three ways to launch a baby lotion

Custom formulation

Custom baby lotion is formulated around the target skin feel (lightweight, rich, occlusive) and any specific claims. Six to twelve weeks development. Emulsifier selection, conditioning agent loading, humectant balance, plant oils, and preservative system. MOQ starts at 500 units for pump bottles.

Private label

Private label baby lotion uses our existing emulsion library. Three to six weeks. You select positioning and apply branding.

White label

White label baby lotion ready to ship with your label. Two to four weeks.

Formulation considerations

Baby lotion emulsions use gentle emulsifier systems, low-irritation preservation, lipid blends that mimic the skin barrier (ceramides, fatty alcohols, cholesterol), and humectants like glycerin at moderate usage. Plant oils common in baby lotion include sunflower, sweet almond and jojoba. Fragrance is omitted or kept very low.
