Custom formulation

Custom baby oils are formulated around a base oil blend chosen for the target sensory profile and any positioning claims. Plant-based options include sunflower, sweet almond, jojoba, apricot kernel and grapeseed. Mineral oil based positioning is also available. Four to eight weeks development. MOQ starts at 500 units.

Private label

Private label baby oils use our existing oil library. Three to six weeks.

White label

White label baby oils ready to ship with your label. Two to four weeks.

Formulation considerations

Baby oils are anhydrous blends of base oils, esters and antioxidants. Mineral-oil based formulations are still the largest segment globally because they are inert, non-comedogenic for baby skin, and shelf-stable. Plant-based formulations use sunflower, sweet almond, jojoba, apricot kernel and similar lightweight oils. Antioxidant systems (tocopherol, rosemary extract) protect against oxidation.

Cost transparency

Baby oil unit cost is driven primarily by base oil selection and packaging. Glass dropper bottles cost more than PCR plastic. Plant oil bases cost more than mineral oil. Indicative ranges only.
