A mask is a high-deposition treatment, so the whole formula is dialled up — more conditioning, more actives, richer sensory — while still rinsing clean and avoiding the brittleness that comes from getting the protein balance wrong.

Ingredients we formulate with. We build masks on rich cationic conditioning agents and fatty alcohols for deep slip and softness, layered with butters and oils, hydrolysed proteins (keratin, wheat, silk), bond-building and repair systems for damaged and coloured hair, ceramides, humectants and targeted actives. Slip can be silicone-based or silicone-free. The critical craft is the protein-to-moisture ratio — too much protein and hair turns brittle, too little and there’s no repair.

Formats and textures. Deep-moisture masks, protein and bond-repair masks, curl masks, and scalp masks, in in-shower or overnight formats — filled into tubs, tubes and single-use sachets for sampling and trial. We engineer a thick, luxe texture that still spreads easily and rinses clean.

The hard parts we solve. Balancing protein and moisture for the target hair type is the make-or-break decision. Intense conditioning has to avoid heaviness and build-up over repeated use. Tub packaging invites finger-dipping, which shapes the preservation system, and sachet filling needs a formula that behaves in single-dose packs. We handle each of these during development.
