Formulation considerations

Hypoallergenic baby formulation excludes the most commonly known allergens. The EU lists 26 fragrance allergens that are typically excluded. Parabens, MIT/CMIT preservatives, lanolin and known sensitisers can be excluded on request. Patch testing on a human panel can be added to support hypoallergenic positioning with documentation.

Cost transparency

Hypoallergenic positioning does not significantly change unit cost. Panel testing adds one-off cost (not per-unit).
